If you want to glam up an 'ordinary' banana bread and make it a bit more special, this is exactly the cake you need. Two big fat layers of banana sponge are sandwiched and topped with buttercream for a decadent cake (though it doesn't have to be reserved for special occasions!).

Gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), salted butter (milk), Fairtrade brown sugar, caster sugar, free-range whole eggs, bananas, sour cream (milk), bicarbonate of soda, gluten-free baking powder (raising agents sodium dihydrogen diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flour), salt.

Salted butter (milk), icing sugar, toffee sauce (double cream (milk), salted butter, caster sugar).

Dried banana chips (bananas, coconut oil, sugar), Fairtrade demerara sugar.

Fairtrade dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).

Fairtrade white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, dried full cream milk, lactose (milk), milk whey powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), flavouring).

Vegan white chocolate alternative (sugar, cocoa butter, rice powder (rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour), coconut oil, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), flavouring).
