Instead of an intense chocolatey flavour, blondies have notes of caramel and butterscotch, though still nice and fudgy like a traditional brownie. This one has plenty of both dark and white chocolate chips throughout though, so you will still get some chocolate. An absolutely ideal accompaniment to an afternoon cuppa.
