Chocolate, Raspberry and Almond Brownie
A classic brownie, pimped with raspberries

You can't go far wrong when pairing raspberries and chocolate together, and when almonds are added into the mix too, the resulting flavour is really quite sensational. This brownie ticks all the boxes - intense chocolate flavour from both dark and milk chocolate, a lovely soft texture provided by ground almonds, and a pleasant sharpness from the juicy raspberries. Put the kettle on, make yourself comfortable and settle down with some of these decadent treats.
Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Fairtrade brown sugar, salted butter, raspberries, Fairtrade milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter,' cream powder, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla flavouring), free-range whole eggs, gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), ground almonds, cocoa powder, flaked almonds.
