Cranberry and Orange Cookies

Oaty cookies with tangy cranberries

If you're looking for a little something to have with your mid-morning cuppa, these soft and chewy cookies are just the ticket. They're made to a classic oatmeal cookie recipe (with gluten-free oats, of course), but we swap the usual cinnamon and raisin flavour for cranberry and orange, which go together just as beautifully. You don't have to save them only for Christmas though!


Gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), sweetened dried cranberries (sugar, cranberries, sunflower oil), salted butter, Fairtrade brown sugar, gluten-free oats, free-range whole egg, orange zest, orange extract (rapeseed oil, orange oil), bicarbonate of soda, gluten-free baking powder (raising agents sodium dihydrogen diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flour), salt.
