An individual portion of our beautifully almondy sponge baked with a layer of raspberry jam in our melt-in-the-mouth signature pastry, topped with a sprinkling of flaked almonds, this makes for a delicious dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, or as an afternoon pick-me-up with a cup of tea.
Pastry: Gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), salted butter (milk), caster sugar, ground almonds, potato flour, free-range whole eggs.
Raspberry jam: Raspberries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin; citric acid, sodium citrate.
Frangipane: Salted butter (milk), icing sugar, ground almonds, free-range whole eggs, potato flour.
Flaked almonds.
