Two layers of coconut sponge (with a hint of lime) are sandwiched together with the creamiest lime cream cheese icing you might ever taste, and topped with toasted coconut flakes - it doesn't come much better than that. We will not be held responsible if you get a certain song stuck in your head when you read about this cake...

Butter spread (vegetable oils (sustainable palm, rapeseed), buttermilk (milk), water, salt, natural flavouring, colour (carotenes)), caster sugar, free-range whole eggs, gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), desiccated coconut, sour cream (milk), gluten-free baking powder (raising agents sodium dihydrogen diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flour), lime zest.

Cream cheese (milk), icing sugar, salted butter (milk), lime juice, lime zest.

Toasted coconut.
