Lemon Glacé Icing


This soft lemony cake is absolutely perfect with a cuppa for an afternoon pick-me-up. Gound almonds and almond milk, alongside the poppy seeds, provide a subtle nuttiness which beautifully complements the lemon flavour.

Ground almonds, almond milk (water, almonds, tricalcium phosphate, sea salt, carob gum, gellan gum, sunflower lecithin, vitamins E, B12 and D, riboflavin), gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), caster sugar, lemon juice, sunflower oil, maple syrup, poppy seeds, lemon zest, gluten-free baking powder (sodium dihydrogen diphosphate & sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flour), bicarbonate of soda, salt.

Icing sugar, lemon juice; lemon zest.
