Vegan Orange and Almond Cake

A simple cake but full of flavour


Orange and almond is an absolute classic flavour combination, but that doesn't make this less of a cake. Absolutely delicious as it is or with ice-cream - you can't go far wrong however you serve it.

Soya yoghurt (soya drink (water, hulled soya beans), selected live cultures of which Bifidus and Acidophilus), caster sugar, ground almonds, sunflower oil, cornmeal polenta, soya milk, gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), orange juice, flaked almonds, orange zest, gluten-free baking powder (sodium dihydrogen diphosphate & sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flour), salt.

Vegetable margarine (vegetable oils (rapeseed, sustainable palm, sunflower), water, salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid, vitamins A and D, flavourings), icing sugar, vanilla extract.

Toasted flaked almonds.
