If you can't or don't eat eggs or dairy, you shouldn't have to miss out on delicious cake, so we have just the thing for you - a rich chocolate cake studded with juicy raspberries, sandwiched together and topped with dairy-free chocolate icing, which you probably won't even realise is made without some of the main cake ingredients. Perfect for any celebration, big or small.

Soya milk, gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), caster sugar, raspberries, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cider vinegar, gluten-free baking powder (raising agents sodium dihydrogen diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flour), bicarbonate of soda, salt.

Vegetable margarine (sustainable palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring, vitamins A & D, carotenes), icing sugar, Fairtrade dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), vanilla extract, salt.

Freeze-dried raspberries.
