Vegan Chocolate Cake

A fantastic vegan chocolate cake


If you can't or don't eat eggs or dairy, you shouldn't have to miss out on delicious cake, so we have just the thing for you - a rich chocolate cake with dairy-free chocolate icing, which you probably won't even realise is made without some of the main cake ingredients. Perfect for any celebration, big or small.

Soya milk, gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), caster sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cider vinegar, gluten-free baking powder (raising agents sodium dihydrogen diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flour), bicarbonate of soda, salt.

Vegetable margarine (vegetable oils (rapeseed, sustainable palm, sunflower), water, salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid, vitamins A and D, flavourings), icing sugar, Fairtrade dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), vanilla extract, salt.

The vegan chocolate cake for my partner's 40th was amazing! Everyone loved it. Honestly the best cake I have ever had and I am not a vegan, but my missus is! Would 10000% recommend Sarah for your next celebration.
