Instead of an intense chocolatey flavour, blondies have notes of caramel and butterscotch, though they are still nice and fudgy like a traditional brownie. And at long last we have managed to create a vegan version! This one has plenty of dark chocolate chips and toasted hazelnuts throughout, so you can still get a bit of a chocolate fix. An absolutely ideal accompaniment to an afternoon cuppa.

Please note: hazelnuts can be substituted for a double quantity of dark chocolate chips; please let us know in the notes box at checkout.
