Very definitely the top choice for a fantastic vegan treat! A rich salted caramel sauce runs through the middle of a very squidgy dark chocolate brownie, while flakes of Maldon sea salt sprinkled on top elevate it to a higher level and prevent it from being too cloying. They're highly decadent, but so worth it.

Brownie: Fairtrade dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), soya milk, Fairtrade brown sugar, gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca; xanthan gum), vegetable margarine (sustainable palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavouring, vitamins A & D, colour: carotenes), caster sugar, cocoa powder, gluten-free baking powder (raising agents sodium dihydrogen diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flour), vanilla extract, cider vinegar, salt; Maldon sea salt.

Caramel sauce: Granulated sugar, soya cream (soya juice, soya oil, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, sea salt), vegetable margarine (sustainable palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavouring, vitamins A & D, colour: carotenes), Maldon sea salt.
