Vegan Apple Cake (serves 8-10)
Moist and fruity, this is Autumn on a plate
Although this one is made without eggs, dairy or gluten, it still packs a fruity punch (of the non-alcoholic variety). Plenty of grated apple and juicy sultanas make this cake beautifully moist, while cinnamon and lemon zest add a soupçon of je ne sais quoi. It's delicious on its own, but we recommend serving this with some warm dairy-free custard poured over the top.
